Objectives of the course


The course aims to provide a general framework of reference that allows to have a systemic vision of the organizational reality in its various levels of functioning, from the socio-structural aspects to the cultural and psychological ones. In particular, the course aims to provide a reading of the organization through the examination of the main organizational behaviors deriving from the interaction between psychological motivations and productive instances.
