he examination program focuses on the study of personal rights. In particular, the following topics are examined: 1) The imperfect subject; 2) The right to generate and offspring as an image of the self 3) Identity problems; 4) The collective dimension of the right to health; 5) The individual dimension of the right to health; 6) The mortal remains and the value of life; 7) Tools for the social recognition of the individual 8) Protection of the person in the social dimension; 9) The "digital" person and the digital environment; 10) Negotiability and availability of personal rights; 11) The protection of the personal rights of legal entities; 12) Protection techniques; 13) The protection of minors and "marginal" people; 14) The social context of the person.

Given the continuous evolution of the topics covered, the materials necessary for the study of the individual themes of the program consist of essays and sentences that are made available to students through the Moodle system.
