The course aims to provide to the students the following learning outcomes:
 to develop critical skills for understanding the business system in the socio-economic context and to acquire the knowledge of the logics and tools necessary for the competitiveness of businesses;
 to acquire the basic knowledge in sport management with particular attention to amateur sports associations;
 to acquire the skills related to the legal evaluability of situations linked to sports activity, framed in the perspective of their social, organizational and economic importance.
