The second part delves into theoretical concepts, teaching approaches, and current methodologies, providing an overview of classroom actions, language teacher skills, and the creation of teaching materials. Key concepts include linguistic-communicative competence, multilingualism, action-oriented approach, text management, learner centrality, and competence levels.
