According to the aims of the Bachelor Course, the programme is aimed at introducing the complex legal scenario regarding the food certifications and the main issues of the quality (related to organoleptic, technological, safety and traceability issues) of animal food products and the chemical, physical and bio-technological investigation strategies and methodologies allowing for a true appraisal of the total quality of animal the food products.
