(objectives)
The course aims to provide an overall view of the business activity both from an internal and external point of view. The student must be able to: - know and understand the business structure and the functioning of the decision-making process from strategic to operational planning, know how to analyze the external context of reference and assess its impact on the business activity, analyze the performance trend and the results achieved with a view to monitoring and analyzing deviations; - practically apply the knowledge acquired to evaluate the company's strategy and processes; - have independent judgment and ability to apply management methods and tools independently and originally; - communicate the knowledge acquired also through exercises and comparison project work with other colleagues; - learn a method of critical analysis and application of business analysis and management tools.
