The course aims to illustrate the principles of Legislative Decree 231/2001 which introduced the "criminal" liability of entities and the contents of the Compliance Programs into Italian law
Expected results according to the Dublin descriptors:
Knowledge and understanding (knowledge and understanding): The knowledge and skills acquired will be useful for the training of students who may in the future also cover the roles of managers and professionals able to support companies in adapting to the principles laid down in Legislative Decree 231/2001 on the subject of "criminal" liability of entities.
Applyng knowledge and understanding: In terms of ability to apply knowledge and understanding, students will be able to support companies in the preparation, implementation and updating of the Organizational Model
making judgments: With regard to this ability, students will be able to independently assess the adequacy of the Organizational Model to prevent the "criminal" liability of companies.
Communication skills: with regard to this skill, students will be able to master both the criminal terminology referred to the crimes contained in the 231 catalog (with reference to the basic elements of criminal law) and apply it to the specificity of the preparation of the Organizational Model.
Learning Skills: students will be able to acquire the basic theoretical and practical elements of the discipline and will be able to deepen specific topics independently.
