The course aims to delve deeper into the topic of civil liability of directors due to organizational deficit, starting from an analysis of the fragmented nature of the regulatory segments with which companies must comply, in order to identify the need for an integrated model of organisation, management and control. In this context, the centrality of the 231 model will be explored in depth, around the central nucleus of which the related areas will be inserted: safety at work/UNI45001, environment/UNI14001, anti-corruption/UNI37001, anti-money laundering, cooperative compliance and tax control framework, IT security/ UNI27001, antitrust compliance program, legality rating, privacy, non-financial declaration, ESG, CCDI, Whistleblowing. Expected results according to the Dublin descriptors: Knowledge and understanding: ability to evaluate the civil liability of administrators due to organizational deficits. Ability to apply knowledge and understanding: the knowledge and skills acquired will allow companies to be supported in building an integrated organization and management model. Independence of judgement: ability to independently evaluate the essential elements of the integrated organization and management model. Communication skills: ability to use the terminology relating to the various regulatory segments subject to integration. Ability to learn: acquisition of both theoretical and operational elements and principles
