The course aims to provide a solid knowledge of the legal elements concerning institutions, norms and institutional subjects that affect security and legality in the constitutional order. In particular, the student will acquire tools known to be adequate to be able to understand the regulatory changes in the field of security and legality also in the years following his university education.
