Programme
The course is organized in two parts: a general and a special part. The general part deals with: the legal concept of the environment; boundaries of the environmental law; international sources of the environmental law (principles and instruments); Community sources of the environmental law (principles and instruments), action programmes; national sources of the environmental law (principles and instruments); Environmental Code; the role and competences of the state, regions and local authorities; environmental proceedings (environmental impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment and environmental integrated authorisation); economic and consensual instruments of the environmental protection; environmental damage and the responsibility. The special part deals with: environment and genetically modified organisms; protected areas and natural heritage; air, water, noise and electromagnetic pollution; waste; renewable energy sources.
