The course aims to deepen the evaluation methodologies of companies according to the doctrine and best professional practice.
It is believed that at the end of the course the students will have acquired the knowledge necessary to identify and use the most suitable methodology for evaluating the given company.

2) Applying knowledge and understanding;
As part of the course, business cases, proposed testimonials and developed exercises will be illustrated in order to allow a direct comparison with the methods presented.
At the end of the course, students should have acquired the necessary familiarity with the proposed tools to an extent that they understand their functionality and usefulness in the process of estimating the value of the company.

3) Autonomy of judgment (making judgments);
The topics proposed in the course are such as to allow students to formulate their own evaluations, in particular of a qualitative nature, on the methodology to be used based on the present scenario.
It is believed that at the end of the course the students will have acquired the right sensitivity to evaluate the goodness of the results that can be achieved in the different methodological approaches.
