COURSE PROGRAM
ACADEMIC YEAR 2020-2021
JUDICIAL SYSTEM FORM
1. The origins of jurisdiction.
2. The structure of the ordinary judicial system.
3. The fundamental principles: autonomy, independence and impartiality.
4. The ordinary judiciary and special magistracies.
5. The territorial and degree distribution of offices (horizontal and vertical jurisdiction).
6. The principle of the "natural judge pre-established by law" and the principle of impartiality-tertiality of the judging body: incompatibility, abstention and objection.
7. The magistrates with "requirenti" functions: the hierarchical organization of the P.M.'s office.
