(objectives)
The course is designed to study two important topics of the "general part" in a specialist way individual sectors of the "special part", with the aim of perfecting and updating knowledge of criminal law not only through the hermeneutic analysis of concrete criminal cases, in which they will apply operational but also critical reflection on some important general categories in the contemporary order, whose usefulness and importance also emerges in the resolution of concrete problems and cases. The relationship between national criminal law and European law, which has evolved, will therefore be studied strongly in the last, especially after the entry into force of the new reformed treaties of the Union European; as well as the new system of "liability for crime" of legal persons, introduced by Legislative Decree 231/2001, which is acquiring ever greater importance, extending to a wide range of offenses. Of the "special part" of the code, three classic groups of crimes will be studied, particularly significant in operating practice, due to their importance in relations both in the sphere public (crimes against the public administration) and in the private (crimes against the person and against assets).
