(objectives)
The objectives of the course are to provide students with the knowledge of the institutions of administrative transparency, both through learning the relevant rules, and through the knowledge of the most relevant administrative acts that contribute to the regulation of the subject, and, finally, through the study of the most important jurisprudential cases on the subject. In this way, the course intends to develop students' ability to solve concrete problems, through the analysis of case law and normative materials; promote the students' autonomy of judgment, through discussion, in the presence of the teacher, of the main theoretical and implementation problems posed by the institutions of administrative transparency; develop students' communication skills by consulting the "Amministrazione Trasparente" section of public administration sites.

FILOSOFIA, POLITICA E COMUNICAZIONE
(objectives)
The aim of the course is not only to introduce students to some fundamental texts of the twentieth-century debate on political philosophy, but above all to make them progressively autonomous in reading a philosophical text, in identifying its argumentative structure and in the critical discussion of its theses. Particular emphasis will be given to the skills related to the reading and understanding of philosophical texts, to the reasoned oral re-examination of the things read and learned, and to the argumentation of their opinions on issues of philosophical relevance and in connection with the topics explored in the course.
International

( syllabus)
The course aims to provide a knowledge of the fundamental themes of political philosophy, with particular reference to democratic theories. We will start from some elements of discussion provided by current affairs (health / freedom: are there more fundamental rights than others? Freedom / equality: how do they come about in a multiethnic society?), And then go back to the founding structure of democratic systems. Particular emphasis will be given to the analysis of the institutional, social, and cultural structure of the United States elaborated by Tocqueville.
International

PETRILLI Raffaella
( syllabus)
The course will introduce the notions of: - "public languages"; - "public space"; - "public opinion".
On that basis, the core notions of the course: "fake new" and "hate speech" will be introduced. The explanation will always start from concrete cases, traced in the public discourse and disseminated by the different means of communication, traditional or digital. The two concepts will be illustrated by recalling the definitions provided by various scholars and examining their adequacy.
The lessons will proceed by examining the linguistic characteristics of fake news and hate speech, with the aim of demonstrating that they allow to define both, and therefore to recognize them and to develop adequate "counter speech" strategies.
The analysis of "fake new" and "hate speech" phenomena will also require their examination from a historical-diachronic point of view.
