Orientamento in ingresso
b) sportello di orientamento attivato dal Dipartimento, a cui rivolgersi per acquisire informazioni sull'offerta formativa e sui servizi del Dipartimento di afferenza del corso di laurea magistrale;
c) partecipazione dei docenti a saloni / manifestazioni di orientamento di carattere nazionale o regionale, a giornate aperte ed eventi culturali organizzati nel territorio, finalizzati a presentare in modo ampio e dettagliato i percorsi formativi triennali e magistrali offerti dalla struttura didattica;
d) incontri dedicati ai laureati di primo livello per la presentazione dei corsi di II livello offerti dal Dipartimento e dall'Ateneo;

This course provides an introduction to: Python programming, SQL and NoSQL databases, the main features of the Apache Spark Python framework in combination with Spark SQL, and the use of the framework in combination with SQL databases and NoSQL and visualization tools. With this tools, the students can import data from different sources and formats, to explore and clean for subsequent analysis, using the main statistical measures, also to produce infographics (with Tableau and Google Data Studio).
Knowledge and understanding: Knowledge of computer programming with a high-level programming language to develop data analysis tasks using basic statistical measures. Applying knowledge and understanding: The student will learn how to carry out a data analysis task: data collection (of the chosen topic), data cleaning, data transformation (data analysis) using statistical measures and machine learning algorithms, visualization of the outputs with Tableau. Making judgment: The student, as a communication expert, will be able to evaluate the results of an analysis and understand the starting data. Communication skills: The student will learn the right terminology to communicate with the domain experts to develop the requested analysis (with Python and Spark) and to visualize the outputs (with the data visualization tools available). ORGANIZZAZIONE AZIENDALE DIGITALE
(objectives)
The ongoing pandemic has increased uncertainty and turbulence in the contexts where people and enterprises live and work. This situation has increased the gap between available information and information needed for effective decision-making processes. Pressure towards change and its management (which often becomes a true 'crisis management') is indeed rising. Furthermore, change is driven by the continuing evolution of technology sustained by the development of digilization. This development is marked by a number of solutions even though still tentative and experimental are useful in the present situation and also interesting for future further implementations: for example, smart working solutions. This course aims at answering the two following general questions: (i) beyond the pandemic contingencies, what theories, methodologies and practices can enable an organization to become a learning organization? (ii) How should the five key interrelated dimensions of organizations (environment, structure, technology, culture, and power) be (re-)considerd in order to manage present transformations, in particular the digital ones?
