The course aims to delve into the main themes and issues of administrative law through a combination and alternation, for each module, of lectures aimed at conveying basic knowledge and lectures that, through the examination of cases, aim to impart skills and attitudes related to the application of those same notions in the analysis of practical and theoretical problems. The course is divided into the following modules: The constitutional position of the Public Administration; the constitutional principles of administrative law; administrative organization; human resources; administrative procedures; administrative decisions; administrative liability; administrative justice.
