(objectives)
The course aims to develop in the student, through the knowledge already acquired during the institutional course of private law, a greater capacity for legal reasoning. The main objective is, therefore, to enable the student to achieve greater independence of judgment, also with reference to practical cases. The topics addressed will concern the most relevant and current private institutes relating to business activity.
In particular, the course program includes the following topics:
1) the quality certifications and the quality certification contract;
2) the non-contractual liability of the internet service provider;
3) standard contracts and consumer contracts;
4) liability for the exercise of dangerous activities;
5) the responsibility of owners and clients;
6) Liability for defective products.
The study of the selected topics will take place through the examination of both specific theoretical problems dealt with in the essays published in the reference scientific journals and sentences, so that the student is stimulated in the search for legal solutions to the concrete cases faced by the judges.
