The program includes a study of the main institutions of the administrative process and administrative jurisprudence. In particular, the methods of presentation of the administrative judicial appeal, the procedure that follows, the contents and effects of the acceptance decision, the possible execution judgment will be examined in depth. The forms of general jurisdiction of legitimacy will be distinguished from cases of exclusive jurisdiction and the different powers granted to the judge in the two hypotheses and in cases of jurisdiction extended to the merits. Finally, the competences and powers of the ordinary judge in relation to the public administration will be studied.
