1) Knowledge and understanding: It will allow the acquisition of knowledge / skills to: - understand and evaluate the organizational and production characteristics of the agri-food chain 2) applying knowledge and understanding; ability to apply knowledge in all working environments, with understanding of technical and production terms. Also ability to manage both a training projects and technical evaluations. 3) Making judgments; Understand if the technical settings have been made in a workmanlike manner within the company, and know how to manage the non-conformities present both from a technical and legal point of view in terms of impact on the environment. 4) communication skills; Ability to relate also through the planning of interventions on the territory, in terms of circular economy. 5) Learning skills: verify learning also through interviews and final papers
