The course is focused on the language and discourse of audio-visual contemporary narratives. The following issues will be specifically examined: a) evolution of Cinema and TV series language (comparative analysis of screening/broadcasting modalities within TV series and Cinema communication model, characters of contemporary forms, development peculiarities); b) adaptation as intersemiotic translation and as privileged expressive modality of contemporary TV and cinema narratives.
