STRUCTURE OF THE COURSE
The Course has as its object the study of the Italian public law and discusses some legal issues of particular social relevance. It's divided into a general part and a special part. The general part of the program is devoted to the consideration of the constitutional and institutional structure of the State. Particular attention is paid both to the form of the State both to the form of government adopted in Italy, with specific reference to the functioning of constitutional bodies and their mutual relations. The first part of the Course also includes a preliminary discussion of some aspects of the system of sources of law and the judiciary in Italian. The special part of the program is devoted to the study of fundamental human rights. Through an examination of the rights of freedom, the course aims to highlight their essential functionality to the individual and social development of the human person.
