The Geography course aims to analyze and thoroughly explore the fundamental concepts of human geography in light of the profound changes of society. After briefly examining the theory and methods of geographical sciences, the course will focus on the relationship between humankind and nature, the distribution and structure of human population, demographic trends and urban development. In fact, we live in a world that is constantly changing, where geographical knowledge is central to the well-being of our societies; therefore, part of this course will examine the relationship between geography and technological innovation, which opens up new horizons in creating maps and techniques for the visualization of geographical information.
