DIDACTIC MODALITY
The teaching is aimed at enabling the acquisition of "institutions" - therefore of basic notions - of substantive and procedural criminal law, for the purpose of a high professional qualification, oriented to consultancy on investigative matters, both public and private. The course - during which the constitutional principles on which the criminal legal system is based and its main structural and functional profiles, as well as the interactions and mutual relations between substantive and procedural law - will be analyzed in a series of lectures, in which the different substantive and procedural institutions will be analyzed, with constant reference to jurisprudential cases, with the help of judicial acts and measures.
