The production of transgenic animals. The cloning of pets. Biotechnological methods applied to food safety and quality: biotechnologies applied to supply chain control and genetic traceability of livestock products; analysis of GMO residues; use of molecular markers for the traceability of species, for the traceability of race, and for individual traceability. Use of cell cultures for studies of biology and physiology of farmed animals.
