(syllabus)
The course illustrates the main public information institutions and is divided into two modules of almost equivalent duration: access to administrative documents, regulated by law n.241/1990; the cd. total transparency, which finds its basic discipline in the legislative decree n.33/2013 and subsequent modifications.
The two modules mentioned above will be preceded by a 6/8 hour module dedicated to illustrating some basic legal notions, directly functional to the best understanding of public information institutions.

For attending students
Furthermore, the attending student is asked to participate profitably in the discussion that will take place in the classroom, under the direction of the teacher, on a series of cases and materials, previously published on the portal or indicated in class.
The study of the documents must be combined with that of the textbook indicated above.
