The course of European environmental law aims to offer students the basic legal notions of the subject, deepening the contents of the current legislation in matters related to issues of environmental interest.
Accordingly, the following arguments will be treated:
- the relevant subjective legal situations regarding environmental law;
- the value of the environment in the Constitution and in jurisprudence;
- the principles of environmental law;
- specific sector regulations;
- environmental procedures and other instruments for protecting environmental interests;
- environmental damage and compensation protection.
