The course aims to train students in relation to the main commercial law institutes, with regard to the discipline of company law (in particular, company law) and competition.

Knowledge and understanding: the aim of the teaching is to transfer students an in-depth knowledge of the fundamental institutions of business and company law, and to allow them to move between the different sources of law.

Making judgements: the course aims to encourage the development of a critical conscience. The ultimate goal is not to passively transfer the knowledge of the various institutes, but rather to allow students to develop their own independent judgment in relation to the specific case presented to them.

Communication skills: one of the educational objectives of the course is to make students acquire the appropriate legal terminology.

Learning skills: the student will have to develop the ability to assimilate, analyze and create links in relation to the legal institutions addressed in the course of teaching.
