Governance of organizations and stakeholders. Accountability and reporting systems for sustainability and social responsibility: international standards and guidelines. Italian rules and regulations for listed companies and not-for-profit organizations. Voluntary adoption of environmental management schemes such a sas the European Eco-Management and Audit Scheme (EMAS)

Organizational implications of sustainability and social responibility. Consequences stemming from different degrees of articulation of organizational structures and of decision-making power: from multinational companies to SMEs and non-profit organizations. Issues in technology and organizing. ICTs role as possible enablers of intra and inter organizational relationships. Change management, organizational learning and stakeholder involvment.
