Elements of Molecular Biophysics, of Instrumental Techniques for Diagnosis in Lab, of Bioengeeniring and Bioelectronics. Theory and applications of different methods and spectroscopies suitable for research in Biophysics, Diagnosis in Analytical Labs (UV and VIS absorption, Static and Dynamic Fluorescence, FRET, Raman, Surface Plasmon Resonance). Nanoscopy on biological molecules with applications and tutorials on Scanning Probe microscopies (AFM-STM-conductiveAFM) in air and in buffer. Simulation of Molecular Dynamics applied to proteins with elements of Bioinformatics, Docking and Drug Design. For every technique, spectroscopy and nanoscopy individual experiments will be carried out by the students.
