Historical evolution of labour law and the sources of law. - Employment relationship; selfemployment and quasi-subordinate status - Labour market, hiring and job contracts (fixed-term, part-time, apprenticeship, temporary agency work, ecc.). - Decree «Dignità» - Equality and antidiscrimination law: job for women, minor and immigrants - Employer’s power: general aspects - Duties and transfer for employee. Working time – Supervisory and disciplinary power - Health and safety at work - Wage/salary/pay: constitutional profiles, notion and structure - Suspension of employment relationship - Transfer of undertakings and undertakings’ crisis - Collective redundancy - Dismissal law and workers’ rights – Social security system – Social security and pension contributions – On-the-job injury - Unemployment insurance and benefits - Basic income.
