Topics to be covered in the course The course will be divided into lectures, exercises and testimonials. The topics covered will be
• The meaning of organization and work in different disciplinary contexts: the economic aspects, structural and anthropological aspects of the organization. • The origins of work psychology and pre-industrial, industrial organizations and post-industrial. • The system and its environment; the organizational variables. Structure, roles, tasks. • The affective dimension of work; the variables of psychological subjectivity. • Work as a psychological and interpersonal capacity; feature measurement tests. • Identity and professional orientation. • The intersubjectivity and organizational behavior. Culture, communication and organizational climate. • The managerial management of Human Resources in public and private organizations. - the concept of leadership, empowerment, motivation, evaluation and development of - the working group and the team, support for individual development • Images and organizational mythology. The role of organizational communication as integration between the structural and subjective variables of the organization. • New orientations in the Psychology of organizations. Organizational counseling at individual development. Produce in uncertainty. The problem of mobbing. The theme of stress. Gender issues. The management of cultural diversity. New business models. • The role of media communication in modern organizations and in their change within the globalization processes
