The course, designed considering the curriculum in which is included, deals with the main aspects of the organizational studies and it is structured in three parts: • The 1st part introduces some basic elements of organizations: Organization and organizational environment, Stakeholders and managers, Organizational environment, Resources and strategies to manage them • The 2nd part is dedicated to the organizational design: Fundamental principles – Control and formalization – Specialization and forms of structure – Organizational culture • The 3rd part deals with the study of the main dynamics related to organizational, individual and group decisions, and consequences on the culture and the use of technologies • The 4th part focuses on the analysis of change: Forms of change – Transformation of organizations – Technological innovation – Conflict management
