The legal order: notions, elements, relationships - public law: its parts and central problems; - the rules: the sources of law, classification, typology and relationships; - effectiveness of the law; - the interpretation; - the organization: constitutional, administrative and its elements; - the subjects in general: the state, the people; - fundamental rights; - equality: formal and substantial; - social and political organizations; - the electoral body: electoral systems and elections; - the structure of the Parliament; - the functions of Parliament; - the president of the Republic; - the government; - the Constitutional Court; - the auxiliary bodies: the Council of State, the Court of Auditors, the National Council for Economy and Labor; - the Superior Council of the Judiciary and the Judicial Order; - constitutional principles on administration; - territorial autonomies.
