DIRITTO PRIVATO
(objectives)
The course aims to acquire general and introductory notions to the study of private law (sources of law, interpretation of the law, legal norm, subjective juridical situations, freedom of manifestation of thought, etc.); the discipline of natural persons, legal entities and unrecognized entities (contained in book 1 of the civil code); the discipline of goods (goods, property, common goods, real rights of enjoyment, possession, contained in book 3 of the civil code); the discipline of obligations in general (contained in book 4 ° of the civil code); the discipline of contracts in general (contained in book 4 ° of the civil code); the discipline of consumer contracts (general provisions and unfair terms), as well as the following typical contracts: sale, lease, rent, contract, mandate, loan, mortgage, franchise, transaction; the regulation of unilateral promises, the management of other people's affairs, the payment of undue payments, enrichment without cause (contained in book 4 of the civil code); the regulation of the illegal act, also as regards the responsibility for defamation by the press (contained in book 4 ° of the civil code); the discipline of patrimonial responsibility, of the causes of pre-emption and of the patrimonial guarantee (contained in the 6th book of the civil code).
