Curriculum

Short version: Associate Professor of English Language and Translation at the Department of Economics and Enterprise (DEIM) of the University of Tuscia, in Viterbo, Italy. Licensed English and French Translator and Interpreter, and licensed Teacher of English as a Foreign Language, which I have been teaching at university level since 2002. My research interests include: Translation Studies, Discourse Analysis, (Computational) Linguistics and ESP. I have mainly published in the field of Translation Studies and English linguistics. Education: • Master in Using Moodle for Teaching. (Università di Roma Tre, 2010). • PhD in Translation Studies (University of Sassari, 2007). • Master in NLP -Practitioner Level (Anthea International School, Roma 2001). • four-year University Degree in Foreign Languages and Literature (University of L'Aquila, 2001) • Bachelor of Arts in International Studies (Major) and Management (Minor). (Utica College of Syracuse University, New York, USA, 2000). • three-year University Degree in Conference Interpreting (Major: English; Minor: French) ( ISIT- High Institute for Translators and Interpreters, Caserta, 1993).
